Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Kaveri Garage, Seelapadi

We are travelling to kodaikanal from chennai, 35 kms near to this service centre our car broke down due to leakage of coolant water, we were in touch with service manager, he was able to arrange for toeing immediately, once the vehicle is pulled to showroom, they inspected our vehicle & informed it can be fixed in 1-2 days with out any assurance, we were little skeptical as there was no assurance, to our fate next day they didnt inform any thing about the service status & no proper response, around 6pm we were informed to visit tata showroom by 3-4pm next day, with a hope next day we reached there by 2PM, to our surprise vehicle is fixed and service engineer did a test drive and confirmed that its been fixed & its delivered by 3.45 PM, but staff were really polite. Thank you kaveri garage.
