I have a Nexon XZ + variant manual petrol car which I bought on Jan 2022. I travel between Cochin and Kasargod for work purposes. During one such travel on 21st Feb 2024 morning, had an issue with radiator fan breakdown, resulting in car being immobilised and requiring towing assistance to bring it to nearest service centre. Issue occurred while reaching Kannur town limits, morning around 9. Service manager of Kasargod Kvr showroom , Mr Praveesh , coordinated with the Kannur service station team , and helped in getting the issue resolved.Kudos to the team and especially Mr Praveesh for his services.

I purchased a car today with the team leader Rafi sir and sales executive vijith sir, both of them and very attentive to our family and have answered all of our questions and theybhave arranged whatever we want. Despite it being pretty busy in there, both of them made sure we are taken care of. we are so happy to be in our new Tata Safari😍
