Outstanding experience! My overall car buying experience was exceptional, primarily because of Shagufta Khan ma'am (Relationship Manager). She is extremely down-to-earth, remarkably polite, and was readily available to resolve my queries at any given time—no matter how small. Buying this car didn't just feel like a transaction; it felt special. When a minor issue came up with the vehicle, Shagufta ma'am handled everything seamlessly and with incredible patience. The entire dealership staff was supportive, but her polite nature and willingness to go above and beyond as a Relationship Manager truly made all the difference. Highly recommended!

Great Experience with Jasper Tata Okhla – Highly Recommended! I recently bought my Tata Sierra from Jasper Tata Okhla, and overall, it was a really good experience. A special thanks to Mr. Kapil Nagar and Ms. Mala for their support throughout the process. I booked the SUV in July and had specific dates in mind for delivery and payment. Since I was outside India, most of our communication happened over email due to the time-zone difference, and I had a few concerns about the delivery timeline. Mr. Nagar and Ms. Mala were very professional and patient, responding to my emails and addressing my queries without fail. Their clear communication gave me confidence throughout the process. What I appreciated most was their support on the delivery day. Despite the showroom being extremely busy with multiple car deliveries and new bookings, they spent around two hours with us, making sure everything was taken care of. The entire journey, from booking to delivery, was smooth and transparent. It was reassuring to deal with a team that genuinely values its customers. I would definitely recommend Jasper Tata Okhla to anyone planning to buy a Tata Sierra or another Tata Motors car in Delhi NCR. Special thanks once again to Mr. Kapil Nagar and Ms. Mala for making our car-buying experience a pleasant and memorable one!
