Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Automatrix

I brought Tata Altroz Accomplished variant. There was no much interaction during my first service. I understand people are busy however, I found that there was a lack connection with the customer. I was introduced to the manager by the body shop person Mr. Abhlash, however, it looked like the manager dint have any intention to meet me.( could be the busy schedule in don’t blame the manager) Abhilash from body shop was a charm, my vehicle had met with an accident and he quickly explained me the process and things related to insurance and parts, so all the process went as per his commitment and my interaction with service centre was minimal .❤️ Now during my second service I asked for an oil change (way before the suggested date/Kms by Tata), considering it’s a brand new engine and they refused. However, post me telling that I will change the oil through third party vendor, they agreed to change. Also initially when I asked the person to call me regarding this information, no one followed up. I had to go to the service centre leaving my sleep hours (as I work night shift), l got their attention. However, post that Mr. Deeraj showed all the commitment towards the service, he immediately understood the situation and asked me to leave the car the same day I visited. The oil change was taken care off and he honestly explained the heads ups about Tata transmission, especially the reverse gear issue. The car was delivered back to me the next day and Mr. Deeraj showed me, someone in the service centre is responsible and my service was completed way before my service date. Hats off for the commitment shown by Deeraj, now I have hope that someone is concerned about their customer and can help us customers like me who love their cars.❤️❤️ I expect the same commitment from service centre as this would help me and other Tata car owners in Udupi make a decision about IF MY NEXT CAR GOING TO BE FROM TATA!! I wish TATA all the very best in making happy and loyal TATA owners by providing some memorable services like my last one.❤️❤️❤️
