I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team at Cauvery Tata Motors for their exceptional support today. My car developed an issue with the gear getting stuck while I was near my home, and I initially thought the vehicle would have to be towed. However, Mr. Ranjith promptly arranged for a technician to visit, and the team reached me within an hour. Although i dint get time two know the name of the technical and the service advisor who came along , I want to truly tank them . Even though my car is six years old and out of warranty, the technicians carefully diagnosed and resolved the issue on the spot without charging any fees. Their professionalism, prompt response, and customer-first approach truly exceeded my expectations. A big kudos to Mr. Ranjith and the entire service team for going above and beyond. I am extremely happy with the support provided and grateful for such outstanding customer service. Had a great experience of troubleshooting my 2019 Tata Nexon XMA with service advisor Mr. Robin Valdar here. The car previously was shown in the Kasaragod Tata service center who were not able to solve the issue even after multiple visits and unnecessary checks. Then with a family friend's suggestion had taken the car to this service center with great hopes, and I was not disappointed. Mr. Robin understood the complete issue and it's past service history in Kasaragod and was able to pinpoint the issue accurately. They corrected the issue within 1-2 days and I was able to drive out with the car worry free on the 2nd day. At every point he kept me updated with the progress and quoted a reasonable price for the fix. Have driven the car over 500km after the service and all seems corrected now. The Cauvery service center is also very transparent about it's complaint hierarchy, where if you want to escalate the issue then all the information is given in the waiting area itself. The office staff was also very courteous while I waited in the waiting room while the car was being initially diagnosed. The service area is visible from the glass pane in the waiting area. I would highly recommend Cauvery Tata Service center for Tata service in and around Mangalore.
