This SC single handedly restored my trust back in TATA After-Service, the credit goes to this fine gentleman Mr. Vinay (DET and Supervisor) for his conduct during the repair process and efforts he and his team had put in order to make my car run as new again. NEXON Diesel Fearless Plus still under warranty, broke down one evening, had to tow - went to the dealer's SC at yelechanalli from where i purchased the car, they performed major service, dint change filters which they added in my total of Rs. 11,400 and gave my car. Again!! Check-Engine light lit up after 200 Mtrs of drive, I called them to report but I dint want to go back, as this dealer's SC at Mysore road stole my expensive Sun Glasses for which Police were called - i had very bad experience with them from the purchase, i had no trust and frustrated to the highest level. Went to Pixel as they had good ratings, they mentioned it can not be done from them as this issue looks complicated, they were new SC are not fully equiped. The SA suggested me to go Cauvery Motors Biradalli, called them explained them the problem they were full for next 4 days, i requited them to take my vehicle in as i had 2 days official travel - went next day dropped my car. Initially Mr. Vinay suspected few Fuel Hoses told they were taking air in causing engine to stall, the parts came 4 days after, issue still persists leading to few more days of car being at SC. Next comes High-Pressure Fuel Pump and all four Fuel Injectors replacement, took another 10 days overall. The best part was, i was getting continues updates on spares ordered, status, called Mr. Vinay several times which he patiently answered and always assured me of error-free running car. I even called AGM Mr. Thomas on Good-Friday, i got to know he was on leave, had his call back with the detailed plan and status. Finally i went to SC met Mr. Vinay thanked him for his efforts, had multiple test drives got to know he is appreciated by fellow team members for his conduct with them all, and were told by every one of them the efforts he put to have my car fixed by working closely with TATA Motors's team, total bill 1.4L, but i had to pay only 900 rupees for a filter, again well taken care by Mr. Vinay.
