I did my first service for my Nexon CNG Staff is friendly and polite, listens to your problems! I had to insist a bit and convince them to attend the wheel alignment issue.They've done multiple test drives to understood the issue and fixed it with the wheel alignment and streering calibration. They sloved all the complaints and fixed all minor issues. Im very much satisfied with the service. Tata is generally popukar for its poor customer service but I definitely had a differnt experience at Cauvery Tata, Singhanayakanahalli. Special thanks to Jagadish and Harish and other advisors and staff and appreciate your patience and cooperation in understanding and attending all my queries. Customer lounge is good with clean and tidy restrooms. Overall its a decent experience as first timer.
