I recently purchased a brand new Tata Curvv.ev from Tirupati, but within just 300+ km of driving, I faced a critical "Motor Temp High" warning on my dashboard. I visited the Tata Motors Service Center in Kadapa with a very anxious mind and without any prior appointment. However, my experience was completely transformed by Service Manager Mr. Rajesh and technician Mr. Balu. Mr. Rajesh received me promptly and understood the urgency. Within just 30 minutes, they diagnosed the issue—the factory/dealer coolant caps were loose, and the motor cooling tank was completely empty. They topped it up, sealed it perfectly, and even took a thorough test drive with me to ensure everything was 100% resolved.
