Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Lexican Motors, Kusumnagar

Our car broke down around midnight on Tuesday, July 14th, while we were traveling back to our resort. The dashboard was showing all kinds of engine overheating signs before the car completely stopped. Being out of station on a vacation made this an incredibly stressful situation. On July 15th, we managed to get the car to the nearest Tata Service Center, and that’s when Joy Das and his supervisor, Rajat Maity, stepped in. They were absolutely phenomenal. They completely understood our predicament—that we were tourists with limited time, no extra resources to stay back indefinitely, and desperately needed the car inspected, troubleshooted, and repaired as quickly as possible. They diagnosed the issue as a coolant and engine oil mix-up, which had triggered the severe overheating. Joy and Rajat did their absolute utmost to expedite the process. They replaced all the necessary parts and handled the entire repair with utmost professionalism. What we appreciated the most was the transparency; they kept us updated at every single step, constantly sharing videos and images of the progress. Although the labor cost was on the higher side, it was worth every single rupee. They made the car completely road-worthy again and delivered it perfectly on time on Saturday, allowing us to drive back home safely without any further ado. They turned a vacation nightmare into a smooth experience. Huge thanks to Joy Das, Rajat Maity, and the entire team for their exceptional support and customer service! Highly recommended!
