Subject: Exceptional Service & Commendation Feedback – TC Motors (Niranjan Pally) Team Dear Tata Motors Service Management Team, I am writing to share my heartfelt appreciation and formal positive feedback for Ms. Ankita Saha (AGM, Tata Service) and Mr. Santu (Workshop Supervisor) along with their service station team at TATA.CARS Service Centre - TC Motors, Niranjan Pally. Thanks to their exceptional support and dedication, a highly stressful situation was transformed into a smooth and seamless experience. I would like to highlight their outstanding support point-wise below: • Prompt Crisis Management & Empathy: I encountered a sudden car accident while navigating a critical medical emergency. The vehicle sustained severe front-end damage, an impacted bonnet, and a violent fluid leakage on the road. Being part of the Tata family, I reached out to Ms. Ankita Saha at the nearest showroom showing from VIP Road. She stepped up immediately, offering a calm, reassuring, and helping hand during a highly vulnerable moment. • Seamless Onboarding & Accurate Directing: After my car was towed to the workshop via my insurance provider (HDFC ERGO), Ms. Ankita met with me at the showroom and immediately handed over the charge to her trusted Workshop Supervisor, Mr. Santu, ensuring no time was wasted on estimates and initial processing. • Proactive Insurance Coordination: Mr. Santu took absolute ownership of the situation from day one. He meticulously coordinated with the HDFC ERGO insurance survey team, managing the documentation, estimates, and final approvals seamlessly without letting the burden fall on me. • Flawless Technical Workmanship: The damage to my Tata Nexon was extensive—affecting the bonnet, front bumper, panel gaps, and alignment. The technical team at TC Motors executed brilliant repair work. The car was handed over to me in pristine, perfect showroom condition. • Daily Updates & Exemplary Communication: One of the most reassuring aspects of this experience was the daily communication. Mr. Santu and the team provided proactive, transparent updates at every single stage of the repair lifecycle, establishing a gold standard for customer experience. • Reliability Demonstrated on Long-Distance Travel: The true testament to their workmanship came right after delivery. I recently drove the repaired vehicle on a long-distance journey from Kolkata to Jamshedpur. The drive was completely flawless, smooth, and trouble-free, proving that the structural and mechanical restoration was done with absolute perfection. Closing Remarks: Words truly fall short of expressing my gratitude to Ankita Saha, Santu, and the stellar technicians at TC Motors who worked tirelessly on my car. They didn't just repair a vehicle; they took care of a customer when it mattered most. I request the management team to formally recognize and reward their exemplary dedication, which truly embodies the spirit of the Tata family. Warm regards,
