Overall, the experience was good, but there is definitely room for improvement. Mr. Thalif was very helpful throughout the process and assisted us well in getting our new Curvv EV. The only issue we faced was that the PDI was not done thoroughly. When I personally checked the car, I noticed that the AC cooling was not working. It was later found that there was a gas leakage, and the part had to be replaced. Thankfully, the team handled it smoothly and resolved the issue without much hassle. One area that could be improved is communication and follow-ups. After booking the car, it would have been better if there were more proactive updates from the team. Also, the delivery spot at this location could be improved. It is not ideal and the worst for taking photos or recording delivery videos, which many customers usually like to do during delivery. That said, the overall experience was good, and with a few improvements in these areas, it can be even better.
