We recently purchased a Tata Punch EV from SAB Motors and had an excellent experience with the dealership team, especially Mr. Yogesh Verma. Our initial online booking through Tata Motors' EV website was unfortunately mishandled, and the booking amount was not transferred to the dealer, which led to delays and significant follow-up on our end before the amount was eventually refunded months later. However, once SAB Motors became involved, the experience was completely different. Yogesh took full ownership of the process, was consistently responsive, and handled everything with professionalism and care. The PDI was smooth, home delivery was well managed, and he took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle's features.
