I purchased Tata Cars from T C Motors, and the entire experience was made exceptionally smooth and transparent thanks to the outstanding guidance of my Customer Advisor, Priyanko Mukherjee. From the very first inquiry to the final handover, Priyanko demonstrated deep product knowledge, patiently explaining every detail about the car's features and practical usability without any pushy sales tactics. He kept me proactively updated regarding billing, dispatch, and the pre-delivery inspection, ensuring that all paperwork was immaculate and every query was answered promptly. His dedication, polite demeanor, and focus on customer satisfaction set a benchmark for automotive advisory, making the often stressful process of buying a new vehicle genuinely enjoyable. Equally commendable was the solid support from Team Lead Binod Das, who acted as the driving force behind the scenes. Binod initiated the deal with absolute clarity, made firm commitments regarding the terms and timelines, and most importantly kept every single promise he made. As the backbone of the entire backend process, his proactive management and seamless coordination ensured that the transaction progressed without a single hitch. Together, Priyanko's exceptional frontline service and Binod's rock-solid backend leadership make T C Motors a dealership I wholeheartedly recommend for a flawless car buying journey.
