We were travelling in our Tata Punch EV from Puttur to Mantralaya on 01-11-2025 (Saturday). Near Bellary, our EV charge dropped to 10% and the DC fast charger wouldn’t connect.
We reached Bellad Tata Service Station, Bellary around 6:15 PM and the support we received was exceptional.

They quickly arranged normal charging, treated us with respect and ensured our safety.
The security team even provided a two-wheeler so we could have dinner and later helped us find a hotel when rooms were full — and they did all this without expecting anything in return.
This is true Tata service culture, humanity and customer care.
