Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Auto Matrix, Bejai

I experienced high standards of hospitality and services from Uday ji and team. My car broke down due to battery issue and we had to travel back to Bengaluru on the same day. The team responded promptly and sent service engineer at the hotel to solve the problem. Later I had to take my car to the service center, as EPS was locked. They took note of the issue and resolved it quickly ensuring complete satisfaction, as we had to travel more than 400km. It's a pride moment that Tata motors have increased it's sales over the years, but they seriously need to work on staffing issues and extending their service network. I saw Uday ji and team working relentlessly to provide high service standards with limited staff to the high volume service requests. Thank you!
