Aish Ali good and work with over work and very friendly and helpful person...good service center for tata cars

We are from Jaipur and recently we were visiting Jodhpur and our car "tigor' had some battery issues. We visited Tata Prime, Basni. The experience here was awesome. Mr. Ali, the service engineer was courteous and very helpful. As we are from Jaipur and Autoplex is where we took our vehicle regularly, we found that the services and hospitality at AutoPrime was way ahead than that of AutoPlex. The way the staff and team at AutoPrime handled our queries was much better. Thank you Mr. Ali for being so awesome. As we were bit apprehensive to travel back on highway, and told Mr. Ali about it, he assured us everything will be fine and that they will assist incase of any emergency. He even called us personally to enquire if our car was doing Okay and that to call him if we needed any assistance on the day we were supposed to travel back, which was a Sunday and I am it was Mr. Ali's work off day. As my husband was busy getting assistance for car issues, the other staff made sure that I was taken care of in the lounge with the offering of tea/ coffee and water at regular basis.
