Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Derik Motors, Nagercoil

Had a brake failure issue with my Tigor on a Saturday evening and reached service center by 5:20 PM. It’s really late to address the issue by any means. I had to drive all the way to Chennai the same night. Sachin and his team were really helpful and understood the situation. They resolved the issue in an hour and I was able get back on road. A big thank you and salute to Sachin & team. The customer lounge was neat and clean with water, biscuits and beverages. My wife and kid were comfortably seated with refreshments while the team were working on my car. 5 years of owning a Tata car and the first time when I really wanted immediate assistance. This has been very well with professional and approachable manner.

Recently visited for my Tiago car service without an appointment, but was received well and guided promptly by service advisor Sachin. Sachin helped me a lot to get the procedures explained and advised on what needs a replacement as part of this service. Cost was nominal and worth to visit.
