The advisory incharge was not friendly, lacks enthusiasm while interacting with customers. The servicemen are extremely qualified at their work. The working staff are great, once you talk to them, you will experience the same. But management at the front desk especially (few advisory members) are knowledgeable but somewhat arrogant. Tips: talk to those servicemen who will work on you vehicle, they will assist you better than leaving the car in the hands of management. We had our first free service, this was our overall experience, also the security guards are helpful, if you can, ask for their assistance too.
