I had very good experience at this service centre for all my 3 services till date.
I would like to thank Mr. Ashok Kumar, Ms. Padma, Ms. Priyanka, staff Shekh , Kumar bangaru and Mr Narsimha from sales showroom for their quick and timely help when my car brokedown. The staff are really humble, honest and helpful in solving my issues related to Nexon vehicle. I
have not faced any hurdles with the staff although I don't know the local language.
I rate them highest for their excellent service experience.
Feedback- please put a sticker of urgency contact numbers for Towing, break down help etc..Inside car. It will make great value to Tata services in future.
