Great hospitality and customer service by Tata cherish motors🌟. Car broke down in the middle of the road and somehow made it to their service centre. They treat the customers with utmost respect, and the speedy repair of the vehicle has impressed me. All the updates regarding diagnosis and parts replaced were promptly shared with us. This service centre is completely contrary to the general notion of poor service by tata. AGM sir Shivan has always been helpful to us for all issues. This time Mr. Sameer assisted us and even the other service advisors are really good. Always had positive experience with them. Found a brake light was faulty and they fixed it at the time of collecting the car without any charges. All other personnel are really helpful. They even renewed the pollution certificate free of cost.
