Excellent services, but wash room was not very clean and no water was available during my visit. Now I can't say they might have improved it. Waiting lounge was little congested. Numbers of mechanics needs to be increased so that waiting period can be reduced substantially. Other things like sanitization of visitor and vehicle, free drinking water, tea and briefing by customer care executive about the condition and status of vehicle maintenance was satisfactory.
Management is good and satisfied. But my Tata Harrier boot problem was not solved for which I am giving 4 stars. As it was a manufacturer defect. Looking forward for good experience.
