Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - KHT Motors, KR Puram

My first service experience with KHT motors was good in general. I called their number, one gentle woman picked the call. She helped in booking the service. She was friendly and helpful. I wanted my vehicle to be delivered on the same day as I had to go out of station next day morning. She asked me to report at 9 am sharp to make this happen. I reached service Center at 9 am and it was well organised by security and the service personnel. They wrote reported timings on the vehicle to ensure priority. Service personnel came after 25 mins (may be people were arriving office bit late). After that everything was very fast. They attended the vehicle listened to all problems patiently. Noted down and agreed to return vehicle on the same day. Service updates in what’s app was mind blowing. Great level of transparency!. Appreciate Tata to implement all these measures. Keep up the good work.

I had my Nexon car serviced at KHT Motors (near Decathlon, Industrial Area, Krishnarajapuram). Vishwa was the supervisor for my car.
