    I own TATA Safari - KA51MT7757, where my services are done with Kropex Auto, Hosur. Recently had gone through a issue with Coolant Leak. I could quickly call the service centre and got immediate guidance on how and what to do from Mr. Tulasi (Service Centre Manager) and his team Mr Khaja and Mr. Ganesh. They were so supportive and accommodative, on late evening on weekend also they did not shy away from supporting me. I personally acknowledge and appreciate the support they provide to their customers. Though people always had negative feedback on TATA service, this turned out to be a different experience. Very Supportive, Accommodative and Proper Guidance when i needed support, this is overwhelming experience from Kropex Auto, Hosur Main Road Service Center. Wish them all Very Good Luck and Kudos for all the effort they do to keep their clients Happy. Thanks Again, Mr Tulasi, Mr Khaja and Mr Ganesh for all your cooperation and support.

    Had a good service experience with my car altroz (3495). Tulasi - service manager was helpful in getting the service done and resolving the issue within the committed time.
