Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Kropex Auto, Nanjappa Reddy Layout

I recently got my Nexon’s third servicing done at Kropex Tata Motors Service Centre in Koramangala. I’ve visited this service center 7-8 times for software updates, servicing, and bodywork, and each time, my experience has been excellent. The process has always been smooth, professional, and completed on time without any issues. I’d like to specifically mention Mr. Srinivasulu for handling my servicing and updates with great professionalism. He pays attention to every detail, provides realistic estimates, and keeps me informed at every stage of the process. Beyond Mr. Srinivasulu, I’ve also had positive interactions with the rest of the staff. Overall, a great experience so far
