I recently bought a pre-owned Tata Harrier and, as a first-time Tata owner, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the service experience. My visit to this service center completely exceeded my expectations.
A special thanks to Mr. Suresh Babu (CRM) for being extremely welcoming during my first visit. He gave me a full tour of the facility, assured me of the service quality, and explained the expertise of their team, many of whom have over 15 years of experience. He also helped arrange a complete overview of my vehicle, which had run about 38,000 km.
I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Mahesh (Service Manager), who personally handled all my queries. He ensured that the promised service quality was delivered and kept me updated throughout the maintenance process. His proactive communication really stood out.
Overall, I had a smooth and reassuring experience. This service center has set a great first impression of Tata’s service standards. Highly recommended!
