    Outstanding Service Experience at RSA for My Nexon – Kudos to the Team! Dt 22-06-2025 I recently visited the service center regarding a coolant issue with my Tata Nexon. I had unfortunately neglected to change the coolant for over 1.5 years, which led to a failure. At the center, I was assisted by Mr. Rahul and Mr. Vijesh. From the start, the interaction was smooth – the Service Advisor clearly explained the issue and provided a realistic timeline for the repairs. What truly stood out and prompted me to write this review was the exceptional post-service support. After I received my vehicle, the team went above and beyond by personally visiting my home—at their own expense—to resolve a minor fitting issue with the bonnet stay rod. That level of dedication and care is rare and deeply appreciated. I understand that vehicles may come with their share of issues, but what matters most is how those issues are handled. The clear communication, timely updates, and excellent after-service support made a lasting impression.
