    I left my Harrier for painting work at Tata Lakshmi OMR. I would like to make a special mention about MR.Arun(Body shop advisor) who responded to my call and explained in detail about the work that needed to be done.The car was also delivered promptly as promised and i really appreciate Mr.Arun for his amazing commitment and involvement. Employee like Mr.Arun are real boon to the company and he brings lots of hope to customers.Way to go Mr.Arun.

    Recently I had an issue in gear engaging. Even though I bought my car in different dealer 2 weeks before, Lakshmi service was courteous enough to attend my complaint and resolve it immediately. The technician was also courteous enough to check and fix the issue immediately. My experience was completely smooth and good. Thank You.
