Service at Prerana Motors Kudlu gate seems to have improved over the past 2 years that I have been bringing my Nexon EV max here. The service advisors are more receptive and the GM, Mr Daniel Salins is an approachable person. When I visited about 10 days ago they were ablento diagnose my car's issue to a pair of washers, which they procured in 2 days. Yes, I still had to call them to check if the part had arrived. They even let me observe them changing the part.
I hope the changes last and we continue to get positive vibes from Prerana Kudlu gate.
