Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Prerana Motors, Hongasandra

Not sure how to thank team here, especially Sangamesh and Monoj. I have dropped my minor accident Nexon EV vehicle here, they took little more time, that’s expected from Tata, but the team is excellent here, they responded even in holidays and non working hours, helped smooth processing claiming insurance and did repair perfectly. Never expected this level of service from Tata.

Great service. The have improved a lot in last few months. Govindraju from Insurance team and Lokesh from service team deserve special mention.
