My first visit to this service center for iRA app device reset. Technician have resolved my issue. Unfortunately while I'm visiting there only one system is working and morethan 10+ cars are waiting for system updates, so it takes little bit more time. I'm sure that if I again come back to bangalore for service. I will visit again this service center for bo doubt. I have one open suggestion service center should maintain morethan 3+ systems for cars software updation so that waiting for updation car rush will be reduce. Also one thing i noticed is Service agents/ Service attender they are completely busy with mobile calls. While there is more customer they could avoid calls coming their personal mobile phone. Even they have dedicated desk if anything related to office they could use landline phones.
