Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Prerana Motors, Peenya Industrial Area

Recently had a visit to this place for my Punch car's 2nd free service. It was good experience. Staffs are very polite. Manager Mr.Ravindra sir took personnel care. By 3pm they appointed for service. By night 8 pm got a message that vehicle service done. Next morning got a call please collect the vehicle by 3.30 or 4 pm. Noticed 26 service bays in main workshop. But when I went again 30 minutes wait was there. There will be congestion in compound due to maximum cars parking. Little trouble to walk towards reception. Customer lounge is there with one large TV. Some Daily news papers. Sofa and high chairs are there. A coffee/tea dispenser (Brand:- Continental coffee) is there. Some Biscuit packs kept there. Also a purified water dispenser with hot and cold option. Very chilling ac was irritating. Toilets were clean. Overall good.

Need to update software in Nexon for reverse camera. Went with my friend for his car. Service from them was quick and person manjunath was user friendly. Definitely recommend.
