    This was the first time I visited Rotana Calicut for service and some other repair works including battery complaints. Since the battery issue required urgent attention, I just went directly without a prior appointment and wanted to get the regular service done along with fixing the other issues. It took some time initially at the lounge as they were preoccupied with already booked customers, but thereafter, things went smoothly. Thanks to my customer service advisor Amal for making the process smooth, taking note of all the complaints and getting it to completion. He had co- ordinated with the EXIDE team as well regarding the battery complaint. Overall I had a good experience here. Have also made an order for a tail lamp for my car Tata Nexon since the part was not readily available. Looking forward to the same reception again when I visit for getting the same fitted as well and for any future services if required .. 😊
