Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - SP Cars, Verna

Had a very pleasant experience of first free service of my Tata Safari at SP Cars, Goa. Booking procedure was convenient, the staff was very courteous and helpfull. They made a reminder call 1 day before. Vehicle was serviced, cleaned and delivered at promised time the same day. Service Advisor Mr Vales was also very helpful. P.S. Some people complain that nobody picks up their calls but I think the number on google maps is wrong.

I am so happy with the comfort and the polite behaviour the staff provides the customer ... they listen to every concern brought forward to them very carefully ... and attend to every issue with ease ... yes you don't expect to resolve all your problems at once but the staff goes all out to help you as much as they can ... as busy as the service centre gets it's amazing how they attend everyone's concern ... really you guys are an amazing team best wishes to you all and keep up to this great job.
