    Tata service center cum sitting lounge with entertainment and also seen their vehicle. Also will get genuine spare parts, well maintained washing points. Also gave an showroom behind. Doesn't know much but interested to work with you, an official job........ except sales jobs.

    Recently I visited the Gokulam service center (August) for servicing and Subramanyam sir handled my car. The entire service experience was made smooth by him - including the jobs done, coordinating while vehicle-in and vehicle-out (after delivery). Three months later, the service warning light came on, which I informed Subramanyam sir and it was promptly handled. When I contacted him, he remembered me from earlier. So, as far as getting the work done on the vehicle and personal rapport with the service advisors is concerned, I like this service center. The negatives of Tata Gokulam is long waiting times during delivery because so many vehicles have to be moved around to take one vehicle out of the service center. So, lack of wider approach road is a problem.
