    As a proud Nexon owner, I am extremely satisfied with the service at the Gokulam Tata Motors service center on Thoraipakkam-Pallavaram Road. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable. Every time I've encountered an issue with my car, the team has promptly addressed it and ensured it was resolved effectively. From the very first service, they proactively book appointments, often calling to schedule a slot in advance. This thoughtful approach makes the entire process seamless. Additionally, their door delivery service is a great convenience. Recently, when my car faced a battery problem, the team went above and beyond by immediately replacing it with a spare battery while the original was put under observation. Ultimately, they replaced it with a brand-new battery, ensuring minimal disruption to my daily routine. A special mention to M. Karthikeyan, the customer relationship executive, who consistently goes the extra mile to take care of my car.
