Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Sree Gokulam Motors, Old Palavaram

I always have a welcoming experience in getting my car serviced in this service centre. Inspite of this center located in a very polluted area as there are very heavy commercial trucks lay near by, construction and road works, the staffs here try to keep the vehicles clean and try to intake vehicles limited for the service which is understandable and acceptable. Sukanya Madam who is the CRM listens to the customer's feedback and takes immediate action. Krishna Kumar CCM also followed up with the team when I had an issue with my ira app. This shows how much efforts they are putting to get the customers trust and confidence. Toufiq - service advisor is doing a great job and a goto person whenever I had any queries. He always ensures that I get an answer by talking to their SME. I had a puncture and he clearly suggested what to do and what not to do and also suggested where to do the puncture resolved. Overall I had/have a postive experience and hope to get the same in future as well.

I am really very thankful for every one because there are lots of issues I have faced while I am buying the new tata Nexon but all the issues are closed by Mis , Sarasvathiy madam and Sungaya sakrabani madam and Arokiyaraj sir and Really very thanks for Mr.Vinoth body wash paiting team because he is very nice to handling customer facing issues all with in minutes he resolved the all doubts and some time it will take but finishing is vera level Thank u Vinoth
