It was a great experience.
I had visited this service center on 5th October 2024 for the service of my Tata Nano. The best thing was that all the parts required for the service were available at the workshop.
The advisor assigned to me Mr. Manoj Tripathi behaved very responsibly. He advised me to leave my vehicle for the whole night at the workshop as the leakage in the ac was not being found the same day and his advice proved to be helpful in fixing the problem of less and interrupted cooling in ac. The next day, he called me to pick up my vehicle and safely parked it untill I reached there.
I was given an official bill where every service done was listed. No hidden charges were taken. The washing after service was free of cost.
There is a waiting lounge where free of cost normal, hot and cold purified water was available. The staff also provided tea to every customer.
Tips- The estimation of the advisor was much higher than the real bill. So expect the final bill to be quite lesser than the estimation.
