This was my first service at TC motors, a quick glance through Google reviews and I was a bit apprehensive. Barring the approach road issue, it was a great experience. Starting from appointment booking, courtesy at reception, Helpful Service Advisor (Special mention to Mr. Sanjay), Timely updates and solution to my problems including delivery constraint - they delivered the car to my office which is 14 KM from the service centre. Really impressed with the professional approach and customer centricity.
Would definitely recommend, best service experience so far at Tata in my 7 years association at various geographies.
