I visited Treo Tata Okhla service centre on Sunday the 23rd March, for getting my Punch AMT serviced. This was my first paid service and also the first time visiting this service centre. I must say that this has been by far the most satisfying service experience that I have witnessed. Right from hassle free service advise to timely delivery of the vehicle (even when it was a Sunday). Tata is a brand of trust and Treo justifies that trust at every level. If anyone does plan to visit do contact Ms. Preeti. She is very polite and receptive Although she may be working for the center, still suggests every individual without harbouring any business interest. Mr. Amit, a senior service advisor is a gem of a person, he takes care of even the slightest of the requests (in my case the car seat was still bit dirty after the wash and it was again cleaned on my request). In all, if you won a tata and wants to get it serviced without any hassle and peace of mind, this is the place to go to.
