I availed the opportunity of receiving services from the workshop and I can confidently state that the concerns regarding the vehicle were handled comprehensively within the time promised by advisors at the workshop. Furthermore, the amenities affixed at customer lounge at the workshop makes it convenient for customers/consumers to either relax or work, depending upon individual customer's need. Impressed with team work and efforts undertaken to make things transparent/genuine/user friendly at the workshop. It is worthy to state that Tata has set an example/standard that must be followed in the market place via catering to the needs of consumers especially in business at 'service sectors' in India.
