I am sharing my experience after getting my Nexon (petrol) serviced here & after using it for 1000Kms post service. I stay in Bangalore and goto Mysore quite often. My car had issues of having Jerks in Sports mode and lacking power and torque when needed while driving on Express way. In the past I had visited Tata authorized service Center in Bangalore and my problem was not solved by them. Each time they were just trying to convince by saying it is spark Plug issue & even replaced those, but, issue was not solved. But, after getting my car serviced at Urs Cars Lakshmipuram Mysore, I am very happy to drive my car. I must admit the professionalism & politeness in listening the problem and explaining the things of Service advisor Mr. Vinay and the product knowledge he has. After explaining the problem, he diagnozed my car thoroughly and inspected and detected the underlying problem of hosepipe leakage causing this issue (Not sure why was it not done in Bangalore before) He replaced those (under warranty) and got the problems fixed. I even got the interiors cleaned and it was awesom experience. My car was delivered like a brand new. Post service, the followups from Mr. Vinay (Service Advisor) was fanstastic and I am impressed with that ( i have not seen such professionalism in Bangalore unfortunately). I would recommend this service center for your Tata cars to get it serviced as the Team is equipped with right level of knowledge and professionalism. Mr Vinay.. Many thanks for the help you & your team did in getting my car upto the expectation. It is now a Stallion on highway. All my cars future services will be done in Urs Cars Lakshmipuram Mysore for sure :)
