We worked with Sandeep and had a great experience. He was very helpful and fulfilled his promises. All the staff in the showroom are very friendly and manager was also very helpful and clear on communication. The best thing about this dealership is the communication. It is the best experience I have had purchasing any large purchase in India. We would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. UPDATE: beware of TATA motor vehicles. Their quality hasn't improved as they have advertised. Vehicles is only 1 month old and has left us stranded three times when the vehicle’s entire electrical system goes offline. The Tata motor service techs only solution is to disconnected the negative lead from the battery, temporarily resetting the computer without addressing the underlying problem. If you purchase a car from Tata motors just know you will have issues. Update: after a week in the service centre. Tata Motors finally sent the replacement part and the local service centre was able to get my vehicle back up and working. It is just sad the quality control from the factory is so poor and lack pride in their product.
