We had got our first car Nexon delivered today and it was wonderful customer experience for us. Sukshant is excellent with customer service and knowledgeable about Tata cars. He took the extra time to understand our needs and the process was very smooth. He patiently answered all of my questions and provided valuable insights. His professionalism and customer service skills were top-notch, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car. It was nice interacting with Geetha as well. We will definitely refer Tata Motors and especially ask folks to talk to Sukshant for their dream car requirements. Great customer experience and smooth process. Delivery was on time.

Customer service was wonderful and I need to mention special person called Harsha, he was sales person assigned to me he was best at his work the way he explained things and responding to calls was absolutely wonderful. Overall it was good experience with Cauvery motors.
