My review and ratings posted here are specifically for Mr Ramachandra, one of the very few “No - Nonsense CAs” with whom I came across. When I stepped into their showroom and enquiring about CSD sales for one of their new arrivals , Front end people had no clue about CSD. Mr Ramachandra who was sitting nearby heard and came to me to explain the entire Car purchase process. He guided me at each and every stage. He also explained the features of different models, and enabled us to choose the right model with Appropriate power plant which suits our specific needs. He also extended his help in choosing required Accessories. Any car purchase would go through stages where confusion would surface. If Customers could get CA like Ramachandra, the entire process of sale would be smooth, comfortable and hassle free 👍. Each Brand has its unique image, each Model has its own pros and cons, Each show room has its own culture and Customer taste do vary. In all these, I respect Human values 🤝
