Was a wonderful buying experience overall. Sree Harsha did an excellent job guiding us through the process. We walked in a few months before we decided on the car. We had a doubt on our parking space and wanted to exchange our old car. Sree Harsha brought a Nexon and showed us that the car can be parked in our apartment parking. He was not pushy in the follow up as we took a few months to decide whether to buy a Nexon or Punch. Arun was very helpful in evaluating the exchange price and was again very courteous through the negotiation. A few days after booking Punch Creative, Sree Harsha called me to inform that he plans to deliver the car on my birthday which was a few weeks earlier than the normal wait time and asked my confirmation - a nice gesture to delight us. All the staff are very courteous. Hope to get the same experience for service as well.
