I have recently purchased Nexon from Tata. We were handled by one of their sales representative Blessy who was very kind knowledgeable and patient to clear us throughout the journey.Her duty was done with extreme personal responsibility towards us. The staff as a whole team was very helpful and friendly. But one thing i do recommend a better approach is the service side. Customer service and satisfaction can. Be little more better from the showroom side.
