I wanted to take a moment to express my views on my recent purchase of Nexon Car from Tata Treo Saket Delhi showroom. I would like to share my experience with Treo Sales manager Mr. Anil. He is truly a master of customer handling. Just to share my overall journey to purchase a new car in brief before coming to Tata. I have researched multiple options like KIA, Renault, Mahindra & Maruti. While having the discussion with all the sales managers and after seeing the features of all the cars in the same segment and budget we were about to finalize some other Car. But no other sales manager was looking so eager to pull and satisfy the needs of their customers. It was Mr Anil who did follow-up with us every day and when we told him about our decision to go with some other Car. He still insisted that we just see the features and review of the new Nexon and also check the online reviews. He made us to sit and take the honest feedback from family and friends about this car who all were owning this Car. To be honest I have never ever thought to take the feedback of any Car from any known or unknown person. While we were doing this exercise he was confident enough that will come back to him with all these details. And he never left the follow-up with us for even a single day. I am sure if he would have missed this follow-up we would have selected some different car but truly and sincerely appreciate the exceptional service which he provided during my recent finalizing this deal. His extensive knowledge and genuine passion for helping customers truly made a difference in my experience. From the moment I decided to purchase the car and started exploring different options in many other car showrooms, you took the time to understand my needs and preferences. Your patience and willingness to answer all my questions made me feel confident in my decision. I appreciate how you guided me through the different options without any pressure, allowing me to choose the perfect vehicle for my lifestyle. Your professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I am thrilled with my new car and grateful to have had you as my sales executive. I will certainly recommend you to friends and family looking for a new vehicle. Thank you once again for your outstanding service! It was a great experience of buying my new car Tata Tiago from Treo Tata Saket(Go Auto Pvt Ltd). The overall booking experience was great as they provided the best offers. Mr Mayank Pandat from sales team helped us with the overall process end to end. They also organised PDI and helped with it. The delivery experience was also great , they also explained everything about the car and service intervals etc. I would highly recommend and suggest anyone living in or near Delhi NCR to visit Treo Tata Saket Delhi for buying tata cars as they provide great experience and offers.
