After waiting for nearly two months for my Tata Punch, I finally received the vehicle. The waiting period was longer than expected because the Tata Punch Smart variant was not available from the company. Although the delay was frustrating, I appreciate that Peerzada Irfan, my sales advisor, kept me informed and and responsive. I would also like to thank Mr. Irshad Mir for kept me informed throughout the process, answered my queries patiently, remained polite. At the end, The delivery experience was very good. The staff was professional, and helpful throughout the process. They ensured the delivery went smoothly. I especially appreciated their respectful attitude and customer-first approach. Overall, it was a good buying experience despite the long wait. Thank you to Peerzada Irfan, Mr. Irshad Mir, and the entire team for their support. I'll keep this review updated after my first service and share my experience with the dealership's after-sales service as well.
