Booked and took delivery of Tata safari accomplished plus dark edition from Jayaraj Karz last month. General manager of sales, Mr Padmanabhan Sir and Mr.manikandan sales executive from Pudukottai, did a splendid job right from enquiry to booking to delivery, addressing all my requests, gave realistic commitments with details, provided timely updates and completed them as committed! Ms Podhum Ponnu, retail finance coordinator, followed me as I requested the payment process. She made everything smoother and more convenient for us, without any hassles. For accessories, Mr pavi sir. He was perfect, polite and very clear in explaining the details of the accessories which were required. He did them in a fantastic manner.For the ceramic coating, Mr Sasi did excellent work. Completing my first service, Mr Balakrishnan, General Manager service, cleared all my doubts followed by Mr Kumaraguru explained about the GOLD AMC plan, which I didn't know previously. It was explained well, planing for the GOLD AMC plan in the next few months thanks to Mr Balakrishnan Sir and his team for resolving small issues without hesitation. Even though Karaikudi has a Tata service centre, my mind was set on Thanjaur Jayaraj Karz. I was really delighted with their service. Frankly speaking, I was afraid of Jayaraj Karz by seeing that previous Google review and other dealers' comments against them. I heard that the entire team has changed now. It's complete teamwork and hard work. I want the same service in the future.... Appreciate the entire team for making my new car-buying experience a memorable one. Special thanks to Mr Manikandan, a sales executive who made a bridge between myself and Jayaraj Karz. He was a very frank and friendly person. He was an asset to Jayaraj Karz.

We had a great experience at the showroom, and Mr. Vijay, our sales executive, provided excellent service. From booking to final delivery, he handled everything efficiently and in a friendly manner. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
