    Good experience buying the car. Went for the test drive and Mr Murali was skilled enough to explain all the specs. Vehicle was booked and Mr Murali kept me updated with the progress and vehicle was delivered on the exact date promised.

    Before deciding to purchase the Safari, I had tried a lot of cars in the segment. Safari may not have all the features of an XUV or an MG, but it perfectly checked the most important ones for us! The challenge was to break the barrier of bad press on the customer experience with the brand. Murali from Tata Key helped us with that! Ever since he brought us the car for the test drive, he impressed us thoroughly. There have been hiccups in terms of delivery dates and such. However, he handled it beautifully! I'm yet to get my first service done. Still, I would recommend buying Tata based on the car's pure driving pleasure and passenger comfort. Get clarity on the dates upfront, and Key Motors can be a good choice!
