Bought Altroz from KHT showroom. Shilpa S. was the sales person who helped throughout the journey from booking to delivery. She was always responsive to calls, sharing the status promptly, explaining the features in detail, taking care of issues found during PDI and finally delivering the vehicle. The Team Lead(TL) with whom we finalised the booking left the job. Due to unavailability of TL and less support from backend team in his absence, the booking was ultimately delayed by few weeks.
