I always wished to own a Tata Nexon ever since its launch in the year 2017. It was only in 2020 when the facelift variant was launched, I finally decided to book one. With this in mind I approached one of the popular Tata Motor dealers near the Whitefield area which was very close to my place and booked the XMA(S) version in the first week of October 2020. Though the standard waiting period was 8 weeks, the dealer assured me of the delivery in 5 weeks at the time of booking. However even after waiting for 12 weeks and doing numerous follow ups, there was absolutely no update from the dealer on delivery of my vehicle. Disappointed and frustrated, I started exploring about other popular sub compact SUVs. But somewhere in my heart I knew owning any SUV other than Nexon will never give me a sense of satisfaction. That's when I decided to give one more try with a different dealer this time. I cancelled my existing booking with the previous dealer and rebooked a XZA+(S) variant with Kropex Motors. Mr. Thimmesh from Kropex Motors was allotted as the Sales Consultant and he coordinated right from the booking to the delivery. The process was extremely smooth and professionally handled. At each step, regular updates were provided by Mr. Thimmesh to keep me informed about the status of my booking. In fact the delivery of my vehicle was arranged within 6 weeks of booking.
